To strengthen our team in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a Service Technician Biomass (m/f/div.) for our renowned own brand Buderus. Job Description * You professionally commission biomass (wood) heating systems, hot water systems, solar systems, and control systems and carry out repair and maintenance work. * You maintain the systems carefully according to high Buderus quality standards. * You analyze and resolve malfunctions -- professionally, efficiently, and independently. * You advise our customers on the optimal device settings according to their individual needs. * You inform them about the advantages of our optional Buderus maintenance contracts. * You organize your service assignments independently and report them reliably back to our customers and the dispatch. * You take turns with the team to perform on-call duty (Pikett).
