Reporting directly to the General Management, you take charge of the company's day-to-day accounting management and actively contribute to the monitoring of its financial performance.

In an SME like ours, we are primarily looking for an autonomous, reliable and pragmatic person, capable of having a global vision of accounting while remaining very operational.

Your main responsibilities ##

• Maintenance of general and analytical accounting
• Management of suppliers, clients, payments and receipts
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and cash flow
• Preparation and control of periodic accounting elements
• Preparation of VAT returns and monitoring of current fiscal aspects
• Relations with social insurance, administrations and relevant organizations
• Development and monitoring of financial indicators and dashboards
• Preparation of elements necessary for the annual closing with the financial manager
• Participation in the evolution of our management tools and procedures
• Management of mail, petty cash and the storeroom

Your profile ##

You have a recognized training in accounting and finance, ideally a Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or an equivalent training.

You have at least 5 years of experience in an accounting function in Switzerland and master the current issues of accounting, VAT and social insurance.

You are comfortable with IT tools and Excel. Good mastery of ODOO is a real asset.

You perfectly master French and have a good level of professional English.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a rigorous, structured and proactive personality, knowing how to work autonomously, manage priorities and communicate simply with non-financial interlocutors.

You are of Swiss nationality or have a valid work permit.
