Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH - Temp. assignment in rehab clinic from August

Our client, a renowned rehab clinic, is looking for a dedicated dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for temporary support with a workload of 80-100%, initially for the months of September and October with an option for extension. The assignment takes place on a ward covering several specialties.

Requirement profile ##

• Training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional competence, resilience and independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with high patient orientation
• Enjoyment of a varied activity

Tasks ##

• Care and support of rehabilitation patients from all four specialist disciplines
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as professional execution of medical orders
• Observation of the state of health and passing on relevant changes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the rehab team
