At an internationally active industrial company, you will support the production management with organizational talent and tact - embedded in an environment that combines short decision-making paths with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Main tasks ####

• Support the production manager administratively and organizationally
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and pending items
• Prepare and follow up on meetings as well as take minutes
• Create presentations, evaluations and decision-making bases
• Organize internal events and training sessions

The requirement profile ####

• Completed commercial training or comparable
• Professional experience in an assistant function
• Proficient MS Office skills, SAP experience an advantage
• Stylish German and good English skills
• Organizational talent, discretion and strong communication skills
