Our team
For our Client Data & Services department, we are looking for a pragmatic, customer- and solution-oriented personality for a temporary assignment starting 1 November to support our well-coordinated and motivated team in the daily digitalization of physical customer orders in Input Management.

The role * Triage of physical incoming mail and processing of physical outgoing mail

• Advising of customer applications as well as various documents with the corresponding controls
• Scanning of physical documents for the purpose of digitalization and indexing
• various administrative tasks in the mail area
• physical archiving and harmonization with the electronic archive including corresponding corrections

What we want from you * completed commercial basic training or equivalent training with a technical flair

• Professional experience in input management or customer service is an advantage
• German native language and foreign language skills (French, English and/or Italian)
• customer-oriented thinking and action, independence as well as sense of responsibility and quality
• availability on two or four mornings
