• Ensuring the productive operation and maintenance of the specialist application FASAS
• Ensuring the administration as well as 1st and 2nd level support for FASAS users, including fault analysis and rectification
• Planning and controlling the further development of FASAS
• Leading sub-projects within the framework of the digitalization of the SAS and collaborating in overarching projects
• Presentation of project proposals in the field of digitalization as well as preparation for the implementation decision

What makes you unique

• Master / Bachelor in Wirtschaftsinformatik (completed or in training)
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good to very good knowledge of MS-Office applications as well as Jira
• Quick comprehension, service orientation, communicative and resilient personality
• Very good active language skills in two official languages

In a nutshell

The Schweizerische Akkreditierungsstelle (SAS) is the national accreditation authority of Switzerland. From product safety tests to energy management systems to material analyses in the laboratory - whenever it is tested whether products, systems or services comply with certain standards and legal requirements, the SAS also looks closely. In this way, we create trust in the services of others and help to make the everyday lives of many people safer and to reduce technical barriers to trade.

The ASRA department, newly founded in March, consists of a team of nine motivated employees. Together, the team ensures that the SAS employees (around 50 people) are equipped with the adequate resources in the areas of IT, finance, procurement and administration in order to perform their core tasks in the best possible and contemporary manner. In this process, digital tools, especially the specialist application FASAS developed specifically for the SAS, already play a central role, which will continue to grow in the coming months and years.
