Main tasks:

• Order processing and secure handling of the order intake in SAP
• Professional telephone and written customer support as well as processing of complaints
• Active promotion and support of the online portal (self-service) among customers
• Precise master data maintenance and administrative support within the framework of process changes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Verifiable professional experience in customer service / front office
• Good language skills in German and French (level B1-B2 for daily routine)
• High affinity for digital tools and quick comprehension of new systems
• High flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment in change
