For our residential team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as a on-call night watch for 1-2 nights per week (Sunday to Thursday) on a monthly or hourly wage, starting immediately or by arrangement. Applications from career changers and students are welcome. Your tasks * During the night, you actively support the residential specialists, especially during the times from -- Uhr to -- Uhr, in the accompaniment and care of adolescents and young adults. * During the remaining time, you sleep on-site and are available to provide support if needed. * Agogic tasks are just as much part of your area of responsibility as supporting the residential specialists in challenging situations and crises during the night. * Together with the team, you contribute to a safe, stable, and as quiet a night structure as possible. What you bring with you * You are a motivated, resilient, and responsible personality with a positive basic attitude. * You enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. * Ideally, you have experience in accompanying adolescents and young adults as well as in dealing with challenging situations and crises. * You maintain calm and act deliberately even in demanding situations. * Flexibility as well as the willingness to step in during work absences round off your profile.
