Job description

Your tasks:

• Active advice and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Ensuring a warm welcome as well as courteous customer service
• Attractive presentation of our products in the store according to the visual specifications
• Responsibility for the correct operation and billing at the cash desk
• Carrying out small service tasks such as battery changes and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a well-maintained and inviting appearance of the store
• Receipt of deliveries as well as support with inventory management

Profile

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the area of watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products
• Strong customer orientation as well as enjoyment of active sales
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially on weekends, with 7-day operation

We are looking for a committed and experienced, multilingual Sales Associate who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international working environment with great flexibility, resilience, and personal responsibility.

Languages

Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills, further languages are an advantage
