Real Estate Manager 60-80%

Our client is an established and well-anchored service company.

Your tasks:

• Independent management and administration of a versatile real estate portfolio (condominiums as well as residential and commercial properties)
• Processing of terminations
• Insertion of properties
• Conducting viewings
• Acceptance and handover of properties
• Checking references
• Preparing rental agreements and amendments to rental agreements
• Planning and participation in condominium owners' meetings including minute-taking
• Issuing repair orders
• Checking properties for their structural condition and accompanying renovations as well as conversions
• Maintaining real estate accounting and participation in the closing
• Contact person for owners, tenants and external partners - by telephone and in person
• Ensuring smooth maintenance of the properties

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the real estate sector
• Professional experience in real estate management
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working
