• Your guidance is oriented towards your personal resources and follows the principles of work-agogic process design
• Your development is designed to be visible, traceable, and practical

• You will get to know real work processes – from simple activities to more advanced assignments in our various businesses
• You will gain insights into guest services, production, food sales, food logistics, and packaging
• Together, a realistic assessment of your resources, development opportunities, and possible areas of application is created
