• Training in childhood pedagogy/social pedagogy
• Several years of professional experience in the area of early childhood
• Joy in childcare and agogic work with parents
• Patience in dealing with people and high resilience
• Readiness for shift work without night shifts
• IT skills and very good German skills in spoken and written
• Minimum age 25 years
