A varied activity in a dynamic and familiar environment awaits you. As an ERP Project Specialist, you will support the introduction of our new ERP solutions. You will analyze business processes, coordinate requirements between specialist departments and IT and accompany the ERP project until the introduction. The position is initially limited to 6 months.

Your tasks

• Support in the configuration of the ERP system and the implementation of functional requirements
• Data cleansing, data migration and data validation
• Execution and documentation of tests as well as recording and tracking of errors
• Maintenance of the project backlog, of change requests and relevant project documents
• Support in go-live preparation, user training and handover to operations
• Pre-analysis of system, interface and performance problems
• Creation of technical documentation for the PMO
• Administrative support for the project manager, especially with minutes, pending items and status reports

Your profile

• Proven experience in the support and implementation of ERP projects, ideally in an SME production company
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, testing and documentation
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SQL
• Understanding of production, purchasing, warehouse and order processes
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
