• Processing of standard inquiries via telephone and email
• Support with administrative HR processes
• Relief for the HR Services team with routine tasks
• Ensuring correct and timely processing
• Independent and careful processing of personnel administration

What you should bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in personnel administration
• Sound HR knowledge and a structured, proactive way of working
• Good communication skills – by telephone and in writing
• High accuracy, reliability, and discretion
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
