The School-Age Care (SEB) in Münchenstein is a modern, lively offering for kindergarten and primary school children at the locations Lange Heid, Löffelmatt, Loog and Neuewelt. We relieve working parents and offer children a place to feel at home with a balanced lunch, creative leisure activities, homework supervision, as well as varied holiday day camps. Your role with us as a Group Leader

Taking responsibility: With heart and passion, you lead a mixed-age group of children during lunch and afternoon care (Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm / 6:00 pm and Thursday from 11 am to 3:30 pm).
Care & Inspire: Together with your dedicated team, you create a positive, pleasant group atmosphere and accompany the children in leisure activities tailored to their needs.

Organization: You ensure professional care and contribute your specialist knowledge to everyday life in a solution-oriented manner. You work closely with your team and the parents.

Day camps: During a maximum of six weeks per year, you contribute with commitment to our varied holiday day camps during the school holidays.
What you bring

Solid foundation: A completed training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) child specialization, Social Pedagogy HF or a comparable (social-)pedagogical basic training.
Expertise: You bring many years of professional experience in the care of children and ideally as a group leader. Furthermore, you possess a clear, professional understanding of your role as a leader and companion in the team.
Personal strength: You are resilient, independent, flexible and keep a cool head even in lively situations.
Way of working: You are passionate about your profession and bring a high degree of empathy for children and parents. A solution-oriented way of working and a healthy dose of humor characterize you. You are a team player, open and appreciative - and enjoy making a difference together.
Organizational talent: You have a good hand for administrative and organizational tasks and complete them reliably.
