In cooperation with our client, a company in the healthcare sector in the Bern region, we are looking for, by arrangement, a: Clerk Financial Accounting 60-80%. Your tasks at the new employer

• In this function, you are responsible for accounts receivable accounting including invoicing, dunning management as well as the maintenance of accounts receivable and patient data
• The correct posting of business transactions as well as the management of payment transactions and liquid assets are part of your daily work
• You support the monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as the expansion of reporting and the internal control system
• If required, you will take on deputy roles within the finance team and accompany commercial apprentices in your field of expertise

You offer your new employer

• You have a completed commercial vocational training and are ideally in further training in accounting at the clerk level
• You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting, experience in accounts receivable accounting and dunning management are an advantage
• You communicate in German at a business fluent level, furthermore you are proficient in handling MS-Office and especially with Excel
• You convince through a structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility and appreciate the exchange with various stakeholders
