For our client, an established company in the Zürich region, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as an administrative clerk for a temporary assignment of approx. four months, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your future tasks:

• You identify and organize relevant information for invoice creation.
• You transfer researched data into an internal tool.
• You independently clarify unclear or not clearly assignable data internally.
• You break down costs in a structured manner, thereby creating the basis for correct recharging.
• You carry out research and procure the required information even in complex circumstances.
• Your profile:
• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience in the commercial field.
• You work very precisely, concentratively, and efficiently.
• You always maintain an overview, even with large amounts of data.
• You quickly find your way around existing, sometimes complex, and little-structured environments.
• You have strong research skills and find necessary information even when it is not apparent at first glance.
• You work independently, in a structured, and solution-oriented manner.
• You have good PC user skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• You enjoy a task where both care and a high working pace are required.
