An/a PPE Administrator at 60-80%

Your missions:

You autonomously ensure the management of a portfolio of PPE buildings located mainly between Martigny and Sion and are the preferred interlocutor for co-owners.

In this capacity, you are notably in charge of:

• administrative management (holding meetings, monitoring contracts, dispute management, etc.);
• technical management (routine maintenance, claims management, planning and monitoring of renovation work, etc.) in collaboration with our technical manager;
• financial management (establishment of budgets, monitoring of collections, invoice control, etc.) in collaboration with our accounting department.

Your profile:

Ideally, you have confirmed experience in PPE administration and are comfortable both in relations with co-owners and in the administrative and technical monitoring of buildings.

We are looking for a person:

• organized, rigorous and capable of managing priorities autonomously;
• endowed with an excellent sense of service and customer relations;
• comfortable in communication, negotiation and mediation;
• capable of making decisions and finding concrete solutions;
• possessing good knowledge of buildings or a strong interest in the technical aspects of real estate;
• perfectly mastering French and comfortable with usual IT tools (MS Office);
• occasionally available at the end of the day or beginning of the evening for holding general meetings;
• holder of a driver's license.

The federal certificate of property manager constitutes an asset.
