Head of Logistics & Allrounder

Alp Stätz is located in the middle of the Lenzerheide-Valbella ski area. The 600 seats are distributed across a sun-drenched terrace, a cozy restaurant with an open fireplace and lounge. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as Mac’n’Cheese or juicy spare ribs from the grill. To wind down the ski day, people meet in the bar for après-ski – with live music or DJ.

For the 2026/27 winter season we are looking for

Head of Logistics & Allrounder

Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of logistics processes (goods receipt, storage, and supply of the restaurant areas)
• Support in various areas of the restaurant (e.g., kitchen, service, and cleaning) as required
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, ideally in the gastronomy sector
• Good physical fitness and resilience
• Organizational talent and an independent way of working
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and high flexibility
