Pedagogical Staff 35% (Monday and Wednesday full day)

The Heilpädagogische Schule Lyss is a day school for children and adolescents with an intellectual or multiple disability. We teach around 115 students in 18 classes (primary to secondary and orientation level) between the ages of 4 and 18. For the orientation level, we are looking for a specialist for a maternity cover.

Your tasks ###

• Care, support, and promotion of adolescents with a cognitive, social, or physical disability within the framework of individualized instruction
• Close cooperation with the class teacher, the job partner, and the intern
• Taking over caregiving tasks
• Taking over practical promotion sequences
• Design of teaching workshops
• Supporting the students with practical work
• Participation in school events

Your profile ###

• Completed FaBe training or a completed vocational apprenticeship, supplemented by social pedagogical training
• You enjoy working in a multi-professional team
• You take responsibility and independently lead small student groups
• You maintain an overview even in hectic everyday situations
• Communicative talent, humor, and a clear manner
• You are flexible and open to changing tasks
