Sales Assistant and Shift Leader

Sales Assistant Station Shop (part-time 40-80% hourly wage)

Work location Avec Shop Bahnhof Cham and Baar

Working hours The shop is open 7 days a week: 05:00 to 22:00

Assignments are in shift operation:

Early shift
Late shift
Weekend assignments and public holidays according to the duty roster
Tasks

Friendly and competent service to customers
Sale of food, beverages, and kiosk items
Operating the cash register
Replenishing and presenting goods
Checking freshness and cleanliness
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Support with deliveries and warehouse work
Opening and/or closing tasks
Requirements

Experience in sales or retail is an advantage
Friendly and well-groomed appearance
Reliability and flexibility
Readiness for early, late, and weekend shifts
Good German language skills
Resilient and a team player
Independent and clean way of working
Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
