Care Professional Living as Deputy Team Leader 70-90% ##

• You accompany and support the clientele individually or in a group in their everyday life
• You ensure reliable, individual basic care
• You promote social contacts and assist in building sustainable relationships
• You strengthen participation in cultural and social life
• You help shape communication and orientation aids
• You accompany educational and development processes with the goal of maximum possible independence
• You work closely with the team and with professionals from various fields
• As a vocational trainer in the team, you support and accompany the two apprentices in their training
• You support the team leader in their tasks and, in consultation, take over tasks of the team leader.
• In the absence of the team leader, you take over the deputy role.

What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as Fachfrau/ Fachmann Betreuung (Behindertenbereich) or Sozialpädagog:in
• Further training as a vocational trainer or readiness to complete this.
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments
• Enjoyment of solution-oriented and structured work
• Openness to flexible working hours
• An appreciative, resource-oriented approach to people is natural for you
• Driver's license is an advantage
