Our client is a retirement and care home established in the rural region of Wasseramt, offering a safe and dignified home to 71 residents. With a lived culture of recognition and a motivated and well-coordinated team, the home places particular importance on attention and respect in daily interactions. To strengthen the team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a committed person as qualified night watch personnel (FAGE or HF) part-time 40-60 %.

• Guarantee safety, calm and well-being during the night
• Collaboration with the assistance staff on night shift
• Ensure professional care adapted to needs
• Documentation of care measures and observations
• Early detection of changes in residents
• Taking care of residents during night hours

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or FaGe EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in night service
• Very good knowledge of German and understanding of Swiss German

• Ability to detect changes early
• Availability to work in night service from 21h to 7h
