Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes
• You independently post due invoices for the ancillary cost statements
• You carry out the necessary clarifications for credit notes (both internally and externally)
• You independently carry out internal clarifications in case of uncertainties in the posting

Your profile ##

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship (KV-Lehre) or equivalent training
• You have several years of commercial professional experience
• You have an interest in the area of accounting/finance
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate in other languages orally and in writing
• You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
