Demi-Chef de Rang (a)

To reinforce our Waldhaus team, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Demi-Chef de Rang (a) in seasonal employment.

Your tasks

Support of the Chef de Rang in the professional care of guests

Participation in service at your own station with approx. 20–25 guests

Participation in high-end wine service as well as support and guidance of a Commis de Rang

Preparation and follow-up of service processes including breakfast and dinner service

Your profile

Completed vocational training in service or comparable experience

Experience in high-end gastronomy is an advantage

Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage

Able to work in a team, resilient, motivated, and willing to learn

Enjoyment of contact with guests as well as commitment and enthusiasm for gastronomy
