Social Deaconess / Social Deacon workload approx. 60%

Your tasks

• Coordination and implementation of various projects for seniors
• Development of new projects for the 60+ generation
• Counseling of socially disadvantaged people
• Accompanying volunteer employees in their tasks
• Networking of the church with social institutions
• Support of church members in different life situations

What you bring with you

• Training in social diaconia, Social Work FH, community animation HF or a comparable field of specialization, as well as the willingness, if necessary, to supplement with theological-diaconal further training.
• Joy, curiosity, empathy and creativity in dealing with people
• Teamwork skills, social competencies, independent and structured way of working, networked thinking
• Good user knowledge of common Office programs
• Anchoring in the church
