Cleaning & Maintenance Employee (40–60 %)

Area of responsibility:

• Maintenance cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Cleaning of stairwells, apartments, offices and sanitary facilities
• Deep cleaning (e.g. floors, windows, special cleanings as required)
• Careful handling of machines, tools and cleaning agents
• Independent work according to plan at various objects
• General maintenance work around properties (depending on the assignment)

Requirement profile:

• Verifiable professional experience in cleaning
• Driving license category B mandatory
• Training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and clean way of working
• Physically resilient
• Good German skills
• Residence permit C or Swiss citizenship (Minimum)
