L-EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 communes from the district of Gros-de-Vaud and surroundings, eager to join their efforts to manage and develop quality daycare services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented there: Family Daycare, which brings together about seventy hosts in a family setting, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. We are looking for, for an OSPES follow-up, a:

Early Childhood Educator or Socio-Educational Assistant or Childhood Auxiliary 4 hours/week over 2 days

The workplace is located at the UAPE de Thierrens, a structure with a capacity of 72 places.
The working time is distributed over 2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday during the lunch break (excluding school holidays)

Your missions :

• Ensure quality support for the child being welcomed, by guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with institutional values and within the framework of current regulations.
• Apply the pedagogical project and collaborate with colleagues and hierarchy.
• Foster a quality link and exchange with families and external services.

Your profile :
You possess the ability to develop a reflexive action on the issues related to quality and to carry out relevant actions, deployed in a responsible, autonomous, and reliable manner in your activity. Gifted with a good team spirit, your ability to communicate and take initiative, your sociability, your flexibility, and your stability make you a real asset to the team.
You benefit from a first experience in the field of childhood or a secondary diploma (CFC) or tertiary ES/HES (or equivalent). You hold Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
