We are looking for a service-oriented, empathetic and flexible personality for a customer reception in the heart of Aarau.
The position is fixed-term from to - without extension. The assignments in an 80% workload are as flexible as possible from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks include:

• Customer reception
• Reception, information and forwarding of visitors and customers with politeness and professionalism
• Beverage service and related work in the service kitchen
• Supervision duty customer rooms (preparations, post-processing such as preparing rooms in the morning, tidying up/refreshening after appointments)

What defines you.

• Training in high-end gastronomy/hospitality
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Service provider from the bottom of your heart
• Foreign language skills (French/English) are an advantage
• Sympathetic, open and warm appearance
• High adaptability - combined with an organized and reliable way of working
