In the heart of the Côte between lake, vineyards and mountains, the foundation L’Espérance, created in 1872, is a specialized institution working in favor of children and adults in situations of disability.

We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a qualified educator for the complex situations sector.

Qualified Educator ES-HES (M/F) at 80%

Mission :

• support in accommodation of adults in situations of intellectual deficiency in a boarding facility
• participation in the development and implementation of individualized projects for each resident
• participation in the organization and management of a living space
• interdisciplinary collaboration and with families.

Profile :

• HES-ES educator diploma or title deemed equivalent
• training and interest in autism spectrum disorders and behavior disorders
• interest in intellectual deficiency
• holder of a driver's license
• current user of IT tools.
