To complete our surgery team, in Rennaz, we are looking for a :

Specialized Clinical Nurse at 80%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Guide members of the nursing team in the mastery of care
• Accompany changes within the team through a participatory approach
• Identify the various issues influencing the quality of care and propose solutions taking into account the care objectives of l-HRC
• Participate in the supervision of new employees
• Work on mandates from the ICUS and the ICS
• Create documentation, procedures and processes for the service
• Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

We request ###

• A bachelor's degree in nursing or a title deemed equivalent
• A master's in nursing science
• Confirmed experience in a surgery department (minimum 5 years)
• Experience in an outpatient unit would be an asset
• An analytical capacity, synthesis, a sense of priorities and a spirit of initiative
• A very good command of IT
• A pronounced interest in project management
• A person knowing how to position themselves in relation to the existing teams
