It also supports young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of employees in adapted employment (Pôle socio-professionnel).For its graphic design, multimedia and writing sector, the Foundation is looking for:A socio-professional instructor in multimediaJob description: Within the team of the graphic design, multimedia and writing sector, you will collaborate with the other workshops of the Pôle in order to meet the communication mission, by supporting employees in situations of disability in the production of communication materials and the fulfillment of external orders (reports and photo retouching, institutional films, commission films, podcast). You will notably be responsible for: * the smooth running of the workshop's activities and the proper management of projects * the monitoring of client orders by ensuring they are completed on time and with the required quality * the creation of content by and for people in situations of disability * the integration and training of interns and apprentices benefiting from an Invalidity Insurance (AI) measure as well as employees in adapted employment * the delivery of theoretical and practical courses to the workshop's beneficiaries Qualifications: * Hold a CFC as a mediamatician, audiovisual technician or equivalent title * Edupro trainer certificate or willingness to train * A strong interest or experience in the social, cultural and disability sector * Experience in training apprentices desired * Proven writing skills * Knowledge of digital communication, an asset * Skills in photography, an asset * A sense of responsibility and an ability to work autonomously * Mastery of IT tools and new technologies related to the activity (Adobe Suite, CaptureOne, Da Vinci, Microsoft Office) * Swiss nationality or valid permit We offer: * A fascinating and dynamic working environment. * Quality services supported by a recognized organization * Salary and working conditions: according to the [CCT AGOEER](< >) and the internal regulations of the [Fondation Clair Bois](< >).
