REM System Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is a renowned Swiss company active in the field of security technology and facility management. With many years of experience and a high quality standard, the company provides professional solutions in the administration and maintenance of complex infrastructures. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a competent personality as a REM System Manager (m/f/d) within the framework of a temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Administration and maintenance of access and locking systems
• Support of temporary employees in organizational matters
• Ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and security regulations
• Correspondence and communication in German and English
• Collaboration with Facility Management and building management
• Administration and documentation of security technology systems

Your profile

• Proficient German skills as well as English, oral and written
• Commercial basic training EFZ or adequate equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in security technology as well as building and property management
• Verifiable expertise in access systems and relevant data protection regulations
• Routine use of Microsoft Office programs
• Ideally user knowledge in SAP software
• Familiarity with security guidelines and legal requirements
