• Reservations, information & correspondence in German and English
• Sale of all spa offers (massages & beauty treatments) as well as spa and beauty products
• Guest care
• Operation of the telephone system
• Customer-friendly and efficient design as well as processing of administrative activities such as the management of the address and customer files

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training as well as ideally several years of professional experience in the upscale wellness hotel sector
• Very good language skills orally and in writing (d/e)
• Good IT skills (MS-Office)
• Polished manners with a good portion of warmth
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility and organizational talent as well as pronounced sales talent
• Commitment (incl. part-time and weekend shifts) as well as a polished appearance round off your profile
