Sales Assistant (f/m/d)

For our Volg in Neudorf LU, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented personality starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you are co-responsible for a smooth daily sales process. Your tasks range from stock management and baking to customer service – including the cash register and postal agency. You pitch in wherever you are needed – close to the customers, in the middle of the action.

The workload is 50-60% with the willingness to step in additionally during holiday absences. You work in shift operation between 05:00 and 19:30.

• Responsible for shift management
• Completion of orders
• Operation of the cash register as well as the postal agency
• Ensuring the defined product range
• Presentation and management of goods according to the concept
• Pre-preparation and preparation of baked goods
• Maintenance of the sales area

This profile we look forward to

• Completed basic vocational training in retail or comparable professional experience in sales
• Sound knowledge in the food sector
• Open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Good German skills in spoken and written
