Medical Assistant / Healthcare Professional (50 %)

In this versatile role, you are the central contact for patients, referring doctors, and doctors. You ensure the smooth running of the practice and consultations and take charge of both organizational and medical tasks.

Your challenge ##

• Competent management of patients, referring doctors, and doctors - in person, by telephone, and in writing
• Support of doctors during consultations as well as planning and coordination of appointments via an electronic calendar
• Performance of diagnostic and care activities such as blood sampling (venous and capillary), glucose tolerance tests, vaccinations, injections, CTG monitoring, and recording vital parameters
• Setting up and monitoring infusions
• Organization and coordination of direct admissions to surgery in collaboration with referring doctors
• Interface function between the medical team and bed allocation
• Responsibility for daily mail processing as well as management, archiving, and availability of patient files
• Participation in the general administration of the practice and ensuring efficient daily processes

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a medical assistant or healthcare professional
• Experience in gynecology desired
• Good IT knowledge, including electronic calendar and medical records
• Assured mastery of medical terminology
• High professional and social competence as well as stress resistance
• Team personality, motivated, flexible, committed, and empathetic
