The brand Lascaux is a worldwide term for innovative and high-quality products. As a successful company with around 30 employees, we have been in development, production and worldwide distribution for 60 years. Sales Assistant Internal Service (80%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Active support, advice and further development of our customers in Switzerland and in export
• Efficiently process customer inquiries, offers and sales orders in the ERP
• Coordinate delivery dates, availability and customer concerns with the warehouse
• Ensure shipment tracking and monitor transport dates.
• Personally support and advise customers in Switzerland and in export (D/F/E). Maintain regular customer contact.
• Active support of the sales management with important dealers and distribution partners (Key Accounts).
• Reliable order processing and export coordination while simultaneously expanding personal customer contact.

Our requirements:

• Commercial training or comparable experience; enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German as well as good French and English in spoken and written form
• Basic knowledge and interest in export and logistics.

Corresponding courses and further training will be supported by us.

• Service-oriented, independent, team player; familiar with ERP and Office
• Interest in artist colors and their application; willingness to specifically build up product and sales knowledge
