The Fachstelle für persönliche Beratung (FpB) offers systemic-solution-oriented counseling for youth, individuals, and families (JEFB) as well as specific women's counseling (FB). It supports people in various life situations with professional and personal counseling. The focus of the work is the strengthening of personal responsibility through a resource- and solution-oriented counseling practice. The offering includes both the accompaniment of voluntary seekers of advice and the implementation of legal mandates.

What you will do with us:

• Independent mandate management of child protection measures according to the mandate of the Familiengerichts (KESB)
• Investigations in the area of child and adult protection and creation of subject-specific social reports for the authority
• Goal-oriented cooperation with authorities, specialist centers, and the private environment of the clientele
• Counseling and support of clients in social, personal, and financial matters
• Conducting individual, couple, and family discussions, assessment discussions, crisis discussions
• Development and implementation of individual help plans
• Documentation and reporting
• Cooperation with other specialist centers and institutions

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in Social Work or a comparable qualification
• Experience in social, systemic, and solution-oriented counseling is an advantage
• Experience in child protection is an advantage
• Empathy, ability to work in a team, humor, resilience, and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness for continuous further education
