About the role ###

Our client, a public structure in Genève, is looking for a junior profile to support its team in the renewal of the printer fleet. You will join the IT team where you will be responsible for supporting users during this deployment phase of new printers. You will have to answer their questions, resolve first-level technical issues, and collaborate with the project manager for more complex issues. This is the opportunity to acquire enriching experience within a large-scale structure!

Tasks ##

• Familiarize yourself with the use of the new photocopiers and the Windows printing environment
• Answer user questions and support them in the field during deployment
• Resolve level 1 technical incidents or problems
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the project manager

We are looking for ###

• You have training in the IT field
• You have a first (even short) experience as IT support or any other similar position
• You are available from 5 October for a 6-week mission
