About the role ###

As a Building Drafter, you will join a human-sized team to contribute to the execution phase of a luxury villa project.

Tasks ##

The role focuses on the production of detailed execution plans, technical coordination, and field surveys.

• Produce detailed execution plans on ArchiCAD 3D
• Create precise setting-out plans for materials
• Ensure technical coordination with the different trades
• Perform field surveys and model the existing structures
• Participate in site monitoring and conformity checks
• Collaborate closely with architects on construction details

We are looking for ###

• Mastery of ArchiCAD 3D software
• A first experience as a building or architectural drafter

An asset if you possess

• Mastery of Swiss construction standards
