• You ensure the agreed cleaning services within your area of responsibility
• You coordinate and lead the employees in your area of responsibility
• You create the deployment and vacation planning for your team
• You are responsible for the recording and control of the completed assignments
• You carry out quality controls and support audits as well as their preparation
• You coordinate material management including inventory management as well as the coordination of maintenance and repairs
• You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• You actively contribute to an efficient organization and a smooth process of daily operations
• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship and bring experience in maintenance cleaning as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work confidently with MS Office programs and digital work tools
• You are characterized by a flexible, independent and responsible way of working
• You possess strong organizational talent, work in a structured and systematic manner and convince through your assertiveness
• You are customer-oriented, service-conscious and maintain a professional interaction with customers and employees
• You are ready for flexible working hours and regular presence at the managed properties
• You possess a valid driving license of category B
• You have an impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
