Healthcare Specialist EFZ for the Inhouse-Spitex 60 - 70%

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Collaboration in the implementation of the nursing process and assumption of primary nursing
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Close cooperation and evaluation of guest situations with the Spitex responsible person as well as the nursing team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care and Spitex is an advantage
• interRAI-HC and careCoach knowledge is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
