The municipality of Bütschwil-Ganterschwil with almost 5‘400 inhabitants offers everything the population needs for a pleasant and modern life. 520 students attend the primary school at the three locations Bütschwil, Ganterschwil and Dietfurt. The school administration forms the central hub for this.

We are looking for starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement a

School Administration Employee (70%)

Your tasks include:

School administration from A to Z
Collaboration in personnel administration
Accompanying financial processes
Taking minutes as well as preparation and follow-up of commission meetings
Ensuring information and communication (website, PUPIL etc.)

What you bring with you:

Professional experience in public administration
Further training in the field of school administration or human resources
Enjoyment in dealing with numbers and strong communication skills
Independent way of working, initiative and a solution-oriented attitude
Good IT skills (M365, PUPIL, Abacus, CMI AXIOMA)
