Hotel Receptionist

SWISSPEAK Resorts is a chain of hotel residences offering mountain stays in exceptional and authentic destinations in the Swiss Alps.
At the foot of five mythical 4000s of the Swiss Alps, SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal consists of 6 4-story buildings and offers you 93 typical apartments.

For this winter season, we are looking for a collaborator to support our Zinal team and are recruiting for the position of

WINTER SEASON ASSISTANT

Multi-skilled position in reception ensuring the following tasks:

• Welcoming guests, processing their arrivals and departures
• Processing payments
• Making reservations
• Administrative tasks: preparation of arrival files
• Assisting guests with their specific requests
• Lending equipment and selling certain products
• Coordination with other services
• Various occasional assistance to the floors and technical services for the smooth running of the resort

Profile sought:

• Interpersonal skills, sense of service and communication
• Previous experience as a receptionist
• Language skills (French – English and/or German)
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends and public holidays

Start date: 1st December 2026 or to be agreed
End of activity: 30th April 2027
(at a later stage, an extension could be considered for an annual position)
Workplace: Swisspeak Resorts Zinal.
Activity rate 100% or to be discussed.
