Program Director: BSc & MSc in Applied Psychology 80 %

These are your main tasks: * Operational responsibility and academic leadership of the BSc/ MSc programs in Applied Psychology and for the assigned modules/courses * Ensuring the quality of study modules and compliance with regulations/processes as well as the didactic framework of the Fachhochschule * Individual examination and counseling of students regarding questions related to study phases (admission, dispensation, selection of specialization/courses, etc.) * Marketing of the educational offerings, including conducting information events and advising interested parties * Conceptual further development of the assigned educational offerings, conducting module reviews including teaching-learning plans (LLPs); selection and management of lecturers, as well as support in the development of new course offerings * Cooperation with study administration and counseling and participation in committees (grades convention) and projects * Representation of the study programs internally and externally as well as maintenance and expansion of relationships with students, industry representatives and other relevant stakeholders

What you bring with you: * A university degree (MSc) in psychology is required, a doctorate is an advantage * Professional experience in market-oriented functions as well as proven successes in the professional environment of the study programs to be managed (Applied Psychology/ Business Psychology) * Experience in project management and affinity for customer acquisition and marketing * An independent, precise and expeditious way of working * Enjoyment of conceptual work and its operational implementation * Confident, target-group-oriented appearance, with customer orientation, resilience and strong communication skills * Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage * Confident handling of MS-Office tools and ideally experience with school administration software (CampusNet), Learning Apps (Brian) and LMS platforms (OpenOlat)
