We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the city of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to work together with us to ensure and advance outpatient care, supervision, and support for approximately 40’500 inhabitants in the city of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf.

Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, domestic help and supervision, as well as the Spitex-Shop. In addition, we are a training and internship site and a member of the Ausbildungskooperation Gesundheitsmeile Uster. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, supervision, and support in the household. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after an inpatient stay.

Your main tasks

• Taking over cross-team assignments, including specialist responsibility for colleagues
• Resource-oriented care and supervision of our clients
• Providing basic and partly complex treatment nursing services
• Interdisciplinary cooperation

What you bring with you

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Flexibility, good organizational skills, and resilience
• Social competence and commitment
• Joy in care and supervision as well as high level of independence
• Strong internal and external customer and service orientation
• Communication skills, good German skills in speaking and writing
• Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
• Optional own car (with mileage compensation by Spitex) or driver's license Cat. B, alternatively E-Bikes are available
