As a team leader, you are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of a well-coordinated team at our customer (healthcare) in the Seeland region. We look forward to your application!

Your main tasks:

• Personnel leadership, development, and promotion of the team
• Carrying out process and quality controls according to specifications as well as compliance with the hygiene concept (hospital)
• Coordination of the ordering process
• Ensuring a qualitative service
• Exchange of information with the customer
• Optimization of all services
• Organization and implementation of training

Your profile:

• Completed training as a specialist in hospitality/housekeeping EFZ, building cleaning EFZ desired; further training in housekeeping, facility management, or hospitality is an advantage
• Professional experience in a comparable position as well as initial leadership experience are required.
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Rapid comprehension, high flexibility
