• You perform quality controls and ensure compliance with our cleaning standards
• You train, instruct, and support employees in maintenance cleaning
• You lead employees professionally and personally and promote their further development
• You plan assignments, monitor working hours, and ensure correct time recording
• You consistently implement the specifications in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and health protection
• You look after our customers on-site, process complaints, and ensure high service quality
• You optimize cleaning processes, plan additional services, and ensure efficient material use
• You take on administrative tasks and support the OM Cleaning as a deputy
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in the cleaning industry as well as in a leadership or quality function
• You have specialist knowledge in maintenance, basic, and glass cleaning
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high awareness of quality
• You enjoy the leadership, training, and promotion of employees
• You convince through customer orientation, communication strength, and assertiveness
• A completed education in the field of housekeeping, facility management, cleaning technology, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• You have good German language skills; other languages are a plus
• You possess MS-Office skills as well as a category B driver's license
