In order to complete our team, we are looking for a

Referent Nurse in health prevention and promotion 80%

MISSION
As a referent nurse in health prevention and promotion, you carry out annual or multi-annual assessments of clients benefiting from household assistance services, TMR, family assistance. You promote the prevention of functional decline in the clients for whom you are the referent. In parallel, you occasionally perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent

(Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)

• Ability to work autonomously and to face complex situations
• Good communication and adaptation to change skills
• Ease in file management
• Knowledge of standard IT tools
• Driver's license
