Schule Lützelflüh is a lively and versatile school with five locations: the Primarschule Dorf with the four kindergartens in Lützelflüh, the Sekundarstufe 1 Lützelflüh, the Primarschule with kindergarten in Grünenmatt, as well as the Egg and Ranflüh school buildings. Around 430 students are taught and supported from kindergarten to Sekundarstufe 1 by over 50 committed teachers.

Tasks ###

• Together with the school management team, you will assume the operational, personnel, and pedagogical leadership of Schule Lützelflüh with around 60 teachers at five locations. - As a member of the school management team, you will actively shape school and instructional development and contribute to the further development of the entire school. - Together with the school management team, you will implement the strategic requirements of the Schulkommission. - Within the school management team, your focus will be on the leadership and further development of the Sekundarstufe 1. - You will undertake leadership and organizational tasks in accordance with cantonal teacher employment legislation and contribute to constructive, appreciative cooperation within the school.

Requirements ###

• You have a pedagogical education and ideally bring several years of teaching experience. - You have completed school management training or are prepared to complete it. - You bring leadership skills and leadership experience and know how to support employees in an appreciative, clear, and solution-oriented manner. - You enjoy working in a team, value mutual exchange, and actively contribute to constructive cooperation within the school management team. - You are interested in contemporary school and instructional development and contribute your own ideas and impulses. - You possess organizational skill, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations. - Ideally, you bring experience in Sekundarstufe 1.
